GUIDELINES

Dear Guest,

Now you are going to prepare your travel plan by combining all elements of tourism. Before a click, please note the following suggestions, which will help you to prepare the best out of it.

1. Only South Indian destinations are listed here and hence your travel plan should be oriented to South India Only.
2. Kindly go through the TOUR MAP for understanding the location of destinations and such a preferential order will help you to prepare the best travel plan.
3. The selection of destinations will be in such a way that as per your choice, it will be listed in the plan.
4. You can make a tick mark in the destinations you want to choose. Before that click in the destinations for getting details about the place, distance & hotels/resorts.
5. If you need to incorporate any new destinations or sightseeing tours in addition to that mentioned in the travel plan, then put that suggestions in the suggestion box and send to us. We will modify your travel plan with your suggestions and resend to you with price details.

1^st Step

Enter the Destination Selector Page and tick your destinations according to the route you want to follow and number of days to spend in each destination. Here click Cochin first then Kumarakom, then Kovalam & finally Trivandrum

If you are totally unfamiliar with the route to be chosen, then just go through the popular travel circuit table & south Indian maps.Even though if you select any impossible and most difficult travel route, dont worry, we will rectify it and resend to you with a new look!

2^nd Step

Now you are in the Resort Selector Page in which hotel details corresponding to your selected destinations will be displayed. Select your hotel/resort option and food plan.

Suppose you are selecting Hotel Renaissance at Cochin, Coconut Lagoon at Kumarakom, Travancore Heritage at Kovalam, select it from the drop down menu along with meals plan. In the meals plan, the expansions are:

AP Room + B/F + Lunch + Dinner

MAP Room + B/F + Lunch /Dinner

CP Room + B/F

EP- Room Only

3^rd Step

Here you have to furnish the travel details, like number of persons, type of vehicle used, traveling date etc., which are self-explanatory.

Then you can submit.

4^th Step

Now, you can view the full travel plan based on your destinations chosen, resorts selected, food plan, travel details etc.,

If you are fully satisfied with this then submit it.

Otherwise, If you want to modify it, you cannot do it directly. All your modification/suggestion requests can be typed in the suggestion box. For example, in the Cochin Kumarakom Kovalam Trivandrum tour itinerary, if you want to insert houseboat cruise from Kumarakom to Alleppey, you cannot do it directly as houseboat option is not given and hence this suggestion can be typed in the box and then submit.

At the moment of clicking, your self designed travel plan is at our mail box and we will modify the tour plan if you requested so & it will be resend to you with price with in 24 hrs for your final approval.
